Just ordered the 8gb refurbished from NewEgg. Should arrive in a day or two and I’m very excited

Also ‘m a bit concerned, I can still place songs ripped from a CD or something like that on my zune, right? I don’t want to have to re-buy everything from the zune marketplace

It depends. If the song is in iTunes but you haven’t bought it from iTunes, then most likely you can sync it onto your Zune.
The problem with music you’ve purchased from iTunes is that its full of DRM and Apple wont let you bring any music you’ve purchased on iTunes on to another player.

Yes. Zune will import all WMP files provided you set up the file locations for it to search.

If you can aford won dipshit. And Iphones cost way to much. I don’t mind the ipod touch. But Zunes are way more affordable

this seems perfect, but 8 gbs doesn’t seem like much. that’s about 2000 songs right? is there any way to give it more memory space? and what’s the next zune as far as space is concerned? does it jump from 8gb to 30, or is there some inbetween?
August 27th, 2009 at 8:32 am
yea!
August 27th, 2009 at 8:32 am
thats cause it comes with preloaded music, and videos, and sometimes even audiobooks. It sucks, but if you delete all of those then you will have 8gb. Or like 7.8 or 7.9
August 27th, 2009 at 8:32 am
no there isnt.
August 27th, 2009 at 8:32 am
okay so i know it is an 8GB zune, but how much space does it actually have when you get it? because all my music and music videos take up 7.21GB and i want to know if the 8GB will have enough room. yes i know 7.21GB is less that 8GB but when you buy a music player it has less space then what it says
