wow if you want to fix your zune without the risk of breaking it just let its battery drain open up your zune program and plug it in and it should start working plus its alot safer

Hey everybody. I have a Zune 4GB that my dad got for my b-day and it just froze now. So I just rebooted it by pressing the back button and the up button on the touch pad. It didn’t work at first but that was because it was locked. Try that! It might work :D

Oh, you are smart! Thank you so much. I called Zune support and they said they can fix it for $129.99. I can’t afford that much. So, I came to google and found you (oh, my zune saver). It works beautifully. Please, please keep up your great work and continue to help. Again, thank you so much.

oh, well the only time my zune freezes is when its been on the charger forever then it freezes and then i have to wait for it to die then i just recharge it and it works but yea i know there is other different kinds of freezes of a zune XD

  24. GamerGuy51 said:

ummmmm sure but it would just freeze, thats why the battery symbol is even on b/c it froze at the boot screen, like a whole bunch of other people….look it up

  25. ZypticProduction said:

ummmm u can just let it die like i do and then recharge it
