wat kind of tool do i use to take them out…an ordinary screw driver wont work does any1 know the name of what i need?????the screws i have on my xbox are that of a flower with 6points

cant you just take the X clamps off with your hands?? and does an xbox 360 motherboard look different to a pro or arcade cuz i got the elite and im not allowed to take my 3 red lighted elite apart! so ????

i fixed my disc drive in less than an hour
now it works like new.
and i also got to clean all that dust inside it.

i boughta xbox 360 (elite) red limited edtion last month and when i bought i noticed that the eject button is not inline with the drive it wriggles around how do i put in place and so it stays firm if u know how to plz pm me

They hold on the grooved objects on the motherboard covering the chips

what are the xclamps for any way?

The outer screws use a T10 bit While the xclamps are best done with T8.
You should be able to find a good set at home depot. I got a 38 piece set for $5
