I downloaded the Zune software from the net, but onto my external. Everything looks to be in order, but when I click to start it (from the desktop shortcut or the external), it tells me it can’t run until I re-start my computer. I’ve done this several times. With and without the external plugged in. Any ideas??

I can’t figure out how to put them onto the Zune. If I can get them to show up on the zune software I can very easily sync it to the zune. My problem is finding the downloaded movies and putting them on the zune software.

There are pictures on my child’s Zune which are evidence in an upcoming court case. We downloaded the photos from the Zune to our computer but they won’t print. You can’t right click them to save them and browsing the computer files doesn’t locate them. What can we do? Thanks.
